'I received a fantastic floral arrangement from my daughter on my birthday, made
by Rosie Woodward. I was not aware of her and this was the first such arrangement
I had received from her. I would just like to record that I was extremely pleased
with it and shall certainly go to her in the future. My daughter said that when she
ordered the arrangement over the phone she found the lady very polite and pleasant,
wanting to be sure that she found the right arrangement for me. This is certainly
